I was pretty disappointed at 1st when the flowers I ordered for my daughters bday got delivered on the wrong day. I called and the woman I spoke with was very apologetic but offered no solution. Then a few days later, on my daughters actual bday (the day the flowers were suppose to get delivered) she received another bouquet with a very cute note from the flower shop. She was happy to be getting a second set of flowers and that made me happy. So overall I am super satisfied with the way they handled our situation!
